• Notification Preferences and Alert History

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used solely to provide and improve QuizMate's educational and productivity features.

• Store and synchronize your academic data
• Track attendance and class schedules
• Display upcoming deadlines and examinations
• Send reminders, notifications, and alerts
• Restore your data when you sign in again
• Verify email addresses and process password reset requests

3. Data Storage and Services

QuizMate uses Firebase services provided by Google for authentication, database storage, and account management.

Your information is stored securely using Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime Database.

4. Data Sharing

QuizMate does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Support links such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Instagram, and Facebook are opened only when you voluntarily choose to contact support.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Users are encouraged to use strong passwords and keep account credentials private.

6. Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their account directly from the application:

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated academic data including subjects, tasks, attendance records, schedules, date sheets, and reminders.

7. Children's Privacy

QuizMate is intended for students and educational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
